Working with Gloria from day one was so easy, we fell into a really good friendship and she gave us lots of good advice in order to get the price that we wanted to get for our house. When my elderly parents reached out to Gloria about moving, she immediately sent over many listings that were a perfect match to my parents’ needs. She was extremely patient when showing them places, and when they found the perfect match Gloria worked efficiently to get the best deal and moving dates for them. She worked well with the mortgage broker and lawyer to get the deal done within tight timelines and recommended an excellent cleaner and carpet cleaning company to get them ready for the move. Once my parents moved into their new place, Gloria immediately got their former place ready for listing with beautiful staging and had many viewings lined up on the first day. Gloria got multiple offers, and an accepted offer (above asking price!) on my parents’ townhome, within a few days of listing, and ensured the place remained secure and move-in ready for the new owners. Gloria was extremely helpful when selling our townhouse and buying a detached house. She had great advice as far as preparing our place for sale and was very easy to communicate with. I have 3 young children and was feeling overwhelmed- she understood my stress and was there for me. She was down to earth and honest. I could text or call her at anytime and received quick responses. She encouraged and helped us with prepping our home to sell, and went above and beyond with helping us stage the place, even lending us bar stools and some decorations to put the finishing touches on. By the end, we had a beautifully staged home with gorgeous photos, and Gloria negotiated a price that we were very happy with!
When it came to buying, she was again exceedingly helpful, always available to answer questions, make recommendations, and take us to look at places we wanted to see. The whole process was so easy and fast that it took a week for it to sink in that we actually got a dream home for our retirement: perfect location, perfect layout for us, and perfect architectural design for us.
